Delete your DentaShop account

You can delete your DentaShop account and personal data at any time, directly in the app. You do not need to contact us.
How to delete your account
- Open the DentaShop app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete account.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
If you have an order in progress — pending, being prepared, or out for delivery — deletion is blocked until it is delivered or cancelled. This protects both you and the courier carrying your order and payment. Once the order completes, you can delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email address and password
- Your professional details — registration number, clinic name, specialty
- Your address and city, and your profile picture
- Your wishlist
- All ratings and reviews you have posted
- Your notifications and push notification tokens
- For shop accounts, your product listings are removed from the marketplace
What is kept, and why
Records of completed orders are retained, because an order is also the shop's own sales and accounting record and we cannot erase one party's business records at the request of the other. The account they belong to is anonymised and any location pin on them is erased. The delivery name, phone number and address written on each order are kept as part of the shop's record of what it sold and where it sent it. If you want those removed as well, email us and we will deal with it.
We also keep the record of each time you accepted our terms — the version, the time, the IP address and the app or browser identifier — as evidence of the agreement.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your phone number is released, so you can create a new account with it later if you wish, but it will not restore your previous account, orders or reviews.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot sign in to delete your account yourself, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
