Built by someone who has stood behind the counter.
I have worked in dental supplies. I have watched a dentist phone four depots to find one composite, and then order it by voice message, and then wait to hear whether it was in stock. I have watched the depots do the same work in reverse — a notebook of orders, a driver with a list, cash counted at the end of the day and reconciled from memory.
Neither side needed a marketplace that looked like every other app. They needed the whole process — find the product, see the real price for the real quantity, order it, know when it is coming, pay when it arrives — to sit in one place that respects how business is actually done here: in cash, at the door, with people who know each other.
That is what DentaShop (Denta Shop) is: the counter, the phone calls and the notebook, made into one app for Lebanon and Syria.

A shop goes live only after we have checked it is a registered dental supplier. A dentist should never have to wonder.

No cards, no prepayment, no transfers to chase. The courier collects when the box arrives — the way business is done here.
