For dentists
How do I order dental supplies online in Lebanon or Syria?
Download the DentaShop app and create a dentist account. Browse by category or search, compare prices between verified dental depots, add what you need to your cart and place the order. A courier brings it to your clinic and you pay in cash when it arrives.
Is DentaShop free for dentists?
Yes. No subscription, no card and no minimum order. You pay the price the shop set, never marked up, plus the delivery fee for the courier.
How does cash on delivery work?
The courier pays the shop for your order when they collect it, then brings it to your clinic. You pay the courier at the door: the goods plus the delivery fee. Nothing is paid online, and you never enter a card.
How much is delivery, and who sets it?
Each delivery company sets a base fee and a per-kilometre rate, and the driver confirms the fee for your order. You see it in the app before the parcel is picked up, and you can still cancel at that point.
Can I cancel or refuse an order?
You can cancel until the courier picks the order up. If you refuse it at the door, it goes back to the shop and the stock is restored.
Who am I buying from?
From the dental depot itself. Every shop is checked as a registered dental supplier before it can take orders, and each one shows its rating and opening hours. You cannot order from a shop while it is closed.
Coverage and the app
Which cities does DentaShop cover?
Almost all cities in Lebanon and Syria. You order from shops in your own country, and a delivery company on DentaShop brings the order to your clinic.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. DentaShop is on Android today. The App Store and Google Play versions are coming soon.
How do I install the Android app?
Download the APK from our download page. It comes straight from our own server, signed by us. Android asks you once to allow installs from your browser, and the download page walks you through it. Android 7.0 or newer.
Is the app in Arabic?
Yes. DentaShop works in Arabic and English, and you can switch at any time.
For shops and couriers
How does a dental depot join DentaShop?
Download the app and register as a shop. Listing is free. We check that you are a registered dental supplier, then you add your products, prices and opening hours and start receiving orders. The courier pays you in cash at pickup. More for shops.
How does a delivery company join?
Write to [email protected]. Company accounts are set up by hand; you then set your fees and add your drivers. More for delivery companies.
